We do offer Individual Activity Dayboarding for dogs that are not comfortable around other dogs. It is slot-based, so it fills up quickly.
Yes, we have live-streaming cameras in our playrooms, available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM during group play sessions.
There could be several reasons why a dog is not currently in group play. The dog may need a break or time out, could be resting, or we may be adjusting for staff-to-dog ratios to ensure a safe environment. In some cases, the pet parent may have requested individual time for their dog. Additionally, all dogs have scheduled nap time each day from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
For all daycare services, all dogs must go through our First Day of Daycare Evaluation process. We ask that your dog is here for at least 4 hours so they can be evaluated in different areas throughout the building. Your dog will receive a puppy postcard about how their day went. After their Evaluation, they are free to participate in our daycare services. The Evaluation costs the same as a full day of daycare.
If your dog shows signs of illness during the day, we will promptly remove them from group play to rest in a quiet area. Our team will monitor them closely and contact you right away to discuss symptoms and next steps. In most cases, we will ask you to pick up your dog as soon as possible to ensure their comfort and prevent the potential spread of illness.
Yes, reservations are required to ensure proper staffing and safe group sizes. While we may occasionally be able to accommodate walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during holidays or peak times.
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella. We highly recommend the Leptospirosis vaccine, which will soon be mandatory.
Yes. We separate dogs by size and play style for their safety and enjoyment. Small dogs are never placed with large dogs.
Absolutely! Nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and full grooming services can be added to your dog’s daycare day with advance notice.
Please call us. We close promptly at 8:00 PM, and late pickups may incur an additional fee.
Please bring only the essentials for your dog’s daycare visit. We ask that you do not bring blankets, beds, or bowls unless your dog uses a slow feeder. All food must be pre-bagged per meal and labeled with your dog’s name. Medications must be in their original prescription containers with clear instructions—this helps us ensure accurate administration. We do have a refrigerator on site for any perishable items. Our team provides fresh water, toys, and cozy rest areas, so your pup will have everything they need during their stay with us.
